Over the years, the look of the Fair has changed but the history and values represented have not. The economic realities of the past five years here in Michigan have challenged all of us. Fairs all over Michigan are meeting these challenges by reaching out to the communities they represent. As we move forward into this new decade, we are asking for your support for the Eaton County Fair.Your support of the Eaton County Fair is vital to our future. Your support of the Fair doesn't just make good business sense. It will help the Eaton County Agricultural Society provide vital education programs for our young people. Preserving our agricultural heritage is a vital step in maintaining the economy of our community. BECOME THE PRESENTING SPONSOR FOR THE EATON COUNTY 4-H FAIR!

As the Presenting Sponsor of the 2011 Eaton County Fair, your company will receive extensive exposure starting approximately one month prior to the Fair plus the entire week of the fair. Your company will have the opportunity to maximize your marketing budget, present your company as a strong member of the community and present your message to thousands of local residents in an extremely targeted manor.

The following list is a sample of what you will be offered as the Presenting Sponsor.

Your company name will be incorporated into the Fair’s name; the 2011 fair will be known as “The Eaton County 4-H Fair, presented by ABC Company”
Company name incorporated into the Fair’s logo, which will be used on all print media plus all promotional materials distributed

The Presenting Sponsor may have product / service exclusivity over other fair sponsors through First Right of Refusal, but not with advertising in the fair program or display vendors. GRANDSTAND NAMING RIGHTS

Have your company’s name on the centerpiece of the week long 2011 Eaton County Fair, the Grandstand. With events held in the Grandstand every day and every night of Fair Week, your company can improve your return on investment for your marketing dollars by taking advantage of this opportunity.

Becoming the company with Naming Rights for the 2011 Fair Grandstand, you will receive:

There are unlimited Friend of the Fair opportunities for the 2011 Eaton County 4-H Fair. Category exclusivity is not available for Friends of the Fair. Add one 10’ x 10’ display space for sampling, sales, demonstrations or additional advertising for $50. In addition to Daily and Fair Week sponsorships, your company also has the opportunity to sponsor individual events. There is no limit to the number of sponsors for each event.
